En esta nueva etapa de la industria energ\u00e9tica, los gasolineros mexicanos deben asumir que ahora no solo importa el nombre de tu gasolinera, sino que se debe crear un <strong>plan de marketing para gasolineras <\/strong>que no solo sea un plan de publicidad, sino que involucre a todas las \u00e1reas cruciales: operaciones, atenci\u00f3n al cliente, ventas y marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El equipo comercial de mi gasolinera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un punto importante que debe tomarse en cuenta antes de implementar cualquier plan de marketing, es el asegurarnos de tener personal correctamente capacitado para atender cualquier imprevisto antes, durante y al finalizar nuestra estrategia, la capacidad de reacci\u00f3n es imprescindible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principales caracter\u00edsticas de nuestro equipo comercial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anal\u00edtico<\/li><li>Creativo<\/li><li>Ordenado<\/li><li>Actualizado en tendencias del mercado<\/li><li>Experiencia en redes sociales<\/li><li>Creador de contenido<\/li><li>Maneje Ads digitales<\/li><li>Experto en User Experience (UX)<\/li><li>Experto en story telling<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Panorama actual de mi gasolinera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estrategia comercial: marketing, publicidad, promociones, ventas, etc. Ha tomado un nuevo rumbo en la actualidad, ahora debemos dirigirnos a una <strong>nueva generaci\u00f3n de clientes en las gasolineras mexicanas<\/strong>, enfoc\u00e1ndonos en el reto de atraer y mantener una mayor cantidad de tr\u00e1fico vehicular a cargar combustible en nuestra estaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta julio de 2022, exist\u00edan m\u00e1s de 300 im\u00e1genes de gasolineras diferentes, seg\u00fan un <a href=\"https:\/\/petrointelligence.com\/files\/fotografias_del_sector_gasolinero_en_mexico\/Julio%202022.pdf\"><strong>estudio<\/strong><\/a> de PETROintelligence. La marca de nuestra estaci\u00f3n ha pasado a tener menor valor al momento en que nuestro cliente decide d\u00f3nde cargar su combustible. Aun cuando formemos parte de una marca global, debemos asumir que nuestro cliente buscar\u00e1 diferenciarnos de las otras estaciones, al final \u201ctodas las gasolineras venden gasolina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos distinguir 10 puntos principales por lo cu\u00e1les una persona determina d\u00f3nde comprar combustible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica<\/li><li>Precio<\/li><li>Reputaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Nivel de atenci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Promociones<\/li><li>Servicios y productos adicionales<\/li><li>Disponibilidad de productos<\/li><li>Establecimientos dentro de la estaci\u00f3n (tiendas de conveniencia, cafeter\u00edas, etc.)<\/li><li>Marca<\/li><li>Formas de pago<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conoce al cliente de tu gasolinera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para poder desarrollar una <strong>estrategia de marketing para tu estaci\u00f3n de servicio<\/strong> es necesario conocer a nuestro cliente. El desarrollar nuestro Buyer Persona puede ser una actividad que necesite de mucho tiempo, pero si sabemos qui\u00e9nes son nuestros clientes, sus intereses, h\u00e1bitos de compra, sue\u00f1os, motivaciones, etc\u00e9tera, sabremos qu\u00e9 camino tomar en nuestro plan. Ap\u00f3yate de herramientas como encuestas, investigaciones de mercado, e implementa programas de mystery shopper para poder complementar esta importante labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genera demanda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n de demanda es una de las preocupaciones principales de cualquier gasolinera, todos se preguntan \u00bfc\u00f3mo atraigo m\u00e1s clientes mi estaci\u00f3n? No existe una respuesta ideal, pues esto depender\u00e1 de muchos factores, pero s\u00ed podemos tomar en cuenta los siguientes puntos para poder lograrlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Crear campa\u00f1as publicitarias creativas para gasolineras (digitales y tradicionales).<\/li><li>Mantenerse actualizado en las tendencias del mercado gasolinero: M\u00e9todos de pago, servicios adicionales, venta de productos relacionados, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ganemos la lealtad de nuestros clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>programas de lealtad para gasolineras<\/strong>, como en cualquier tipo de negocio, es algo que siempre va a ayudar elevar nuestra tasa de retenci\u00f3n.
